The hotel & staff were great !! The hotel was beautiful. The food is great and the entertainment was great.. The Animation staff was great everyday.. the kept the customers busy and entertained.. We definelty return!! Great job..

The hotel staff was very helpful and nice. A/C in room wasn't very cold but it was very hot as well. Casino appears big on website but it's actually very small. Although many people state on various websites that you end up with stomach problems, no issue there. Food was good. Place was clean.

Heed the writings you read about getting ill at this resort. My entire family lost a day each with illness from the food. We are not sure which dish but we are definite about it came from the food. THe rooms are tiny and poorly stocked in the bathrooms. For example, we had 4 people in the room but were allowed only 3 towels and zero wah cloths. Soap and shampoo were so small in protions I lean towards stating they were not provided. Nobody on the housekeeping staff speaks English so getting assistance is all but impossible. The advertised "structured" kids program is poor. The activities are simply posted on a daily activity board and you are left to locate the activity on your own. Plus, the activities are limited for participants. First come, first served. Overall this resort was not what I thought we would receive in value. I would not return.

The hotel is good, the staff is great. the rooms are small with two twin size beds. If you have kids, you are in trouble.
