Me and my friend decided to go to San Juan for some R&R. We were pleasantly greeted at the Hampton Inn & Suites. The rooms were clean, and the (free) breakfast was GREAT! The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The hotel is also walking distance to great restaurants (the food at Lupe's is delicious, and it's right across the street), casinos and the beach. I would definitely stay here again - we had a great time!

No matter how many questions I asked they were willing to help they never seemed annoyed or impatient with me or my group.I would stay there again.

We had issues with the bathroom, it overflowed but it was quickly taken care of. The tub would not drain easily and even after we called to complain about it (3 times), no one ever came to repair it. Overall the location was great and the beach thats 3 blocks away was the nicest in San Juan. I would stay at this hotel again because of its location, and price.

everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. They offered us directions and assistance with all of our travel needs. The rooms are very clean and the beds really comfortable. The breakfast was good with different selections each day. We were glad that we stayed here and reccommend it to anyone traveling to San Juan.

This hotel was wonderful. It is located in an area that is very accessible to the beach, resturants, casinos and just about anything you need. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful. The rooms were very nice and comfortable and clean. The service was great, beds were made and bathroom cleaned and new towels daily. It has an excellent pool with a very nice bar and food area. We had complimentary breakfast each day of our stay and it was great with lots of selection. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The beds in the hotel are extremely comfortable. I think parking should be included for guest that stay at the hotel at no additional fee. Overall it was a great place to stay and I would definately go back.

The hotel staff was very helpfull and knowledgeable adout the area. such as medical centers and shopping.

This hotel was beautiful! The way you see it in the pictures is exactly the way it is, if not better in person. There is a complimentary coffee and tea bar all day and complimentary hot breakfast every from 6am-10am which was a real cash saver and was very good. The staff was so pleasant and went the extra mile for you. It's location was excellent too...very close to the airport, beach, and nightlife -across the street club Brava at the El Suan Juan hotel and especially a couple of blocks down Oyster Bar and Grill! That place is awesome!!
