Fabulous Retreat!!!

Our vacation at this fabulous retreat was better than expected and certainly agree with previous reviews of this hotel.

The service was outstanding in all areas (except maybe the French restaurant where they dropped the ball at the end), but the staff is friendly, call you by name and will do anything to make sure you are happy and comfortable.

Our suite was gorgeous, with a sun bed on the huge patio just a few yards from the ocean.

The only issue we had was the tipping. The hotel was to be all-inclusive, but the Mexican restaurant left room for a tip. When we asked at the front desk about this, they said we could tip if we want. That was uncomfortable for us, because we were not sure what to do.

Make sure to take plenty of sunscreen as you can be fooled at the end of the day at the pool bar :)

If you want to absolutely relax and be pampered ............THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!

Do not get the $64 transfer from airport to hotel. It\'s much cheaper to pay for cabs both ways!!! We do recommend "swimming with the dolphins", which is an added package. Puerto Vallarta is a 20 minute cab ride; also a nice getaway if you chose to leave the site.
