We arrived and we were pleased to have rum punches. the reception staff and all others were friendly. We ( my Daughter and Grand daughter) received a one bedroom suite with two baths, everything was very, very nice. the food was good and healthy,my granddaughter liked the children's camp and especially the pools.

Crystal Cove is a wonderful little hotel with truly amazing service. Everyone that worked there was very nice. The all inclusive food was great and well worth it considering the high price of food at nice restaurants. The beach is very nice, though a bit rocky, and the water activities are fun and easy to sign up for if you get in early. We have no complaints and nothing but praise for this great hotel. We loved Barbados for our anniversary and would definitely return there.

I would recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Pluses: friendly service, wonderful food, clean, comfortable, and safe (plenty of security and local police around). Minuses: No spa, slow meals, and no planned activities. FUN: The lack of activities is fine if you want a relaxing trip. If not, there is still plenty to do but you need to organize it. They provide a boat for skiing, tubing, etc. It's a 90HP outboard though and while fine for tubing, not great for slaloming. The schedule fills up so book early and often. The beaches are all public so there are people not affiliated with the resort renting jet skis and boat trips. Look for Malcom to take you to the turtles. This was the best thing we did while in Barbados!! The "jetski guys" can be annoying. WATER: Great sandy beaches, not so great sandy swimming. There is a very small swimming area but still lots of rocks and coral. I was surprised at the lack of seashells. The pool was nice though - no complaints there. BARS: there are 2 and they are okay. They are not very convenient and the only place to "belly-up" is via the pool. Don't expect to get your money's worth in drinks. There is entertainment each night but is low-key. Again, all geared toward the relaxing vacation. MISC: we had an ocean view room but they use a very broad definition of ocean view. They were able to relocate us later to a much better view. I think this typifies their willingness to satisfy their guests.

The resort was absolutely fantastic! The staff at the resort made it feel like a home away from home; they were friendly, helpful with any questions we had, and accommodating. The rooms were more than what we expected, with comfortable bedding, powerful air conditioning etc. The beach was clean with plenty of water activities, and the entertainment at night was pretty good. Breakfast wasn't the greatest, but there were plenty of options. Lunch and Dinner were really delicious and with a good variety of meat and fish. And of course the drinks were ample and good as well. Definitely would recommend this hotel to everyone (families, couples, etc)!

This hotel is beautiful and relaxing. You are welcomed with rum punch and a smile. The views of the ocean are breathtaking. The pictures of this hotel are no exaggeration! You can relax at the pool, on the beach or from the hammock on your balcony! I came home feeling that I had truly had a vacation---relaxed.
