Located reasonbly close to cruise ships and old San Juan

The hotel was very nice in the lobby, staff were accomadating we were even allowed to check in early. I did feel the price was very steep but the room was nice and large. My major complaint was our room was right outside the elevator and all night we heard the elevator go up and down. It was very loud and could be heard in our room making a peaceful sleep impossible.

Traveler's tip:

The Courtyard Marriot in San Juan, P.R. was a great experience. It is located in the touristic part of the island, close to many souvenir shops and many restaurants who serve the delicious the typical foods. The staff was very friendly and courteous, always willing to help. It also has a great view of the Condado lagoon, and its close to the ocean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! -Jody, Florida

Neat, clean, modern hotel, with very courteous professional staff. Not located in a good area however. View of gas station from hotel room.

Traveler's tip:

For the price I expected alot more. The hotel was not in the greatest area of San Juan, and there was not too much around the Hotel. The Staff was great and very helpful, but the condition of the Hotel needs upgrades. One of the windows was broken and there where no towels poolside.
