this hotel offers the basics for a good vacation. If you are looking for a resort setting this is not for you. Basic rooms at a really reasonable price for the Cayman Islands

Don't pay for the airport transfer. Rent a car. It is cheaper in the long run. A family of 5 will pay 125 for transfer to hotel/aiport and you can rent a car for 225 for the whole week

Clean, Great service. The only down side was that the sleeper sofa had a broken middle leg. Albet, we were tiren and only there one night and did not say anything.

I am am long time former resident of GCM and have just returned from a vacation, where I stayed at Comfort Suites. Is it a luxury hotel - NO However, what it is, is good, clean, BASIC, value for money. Its in a great location on Seven Mile Beach - not directly on the beach, but only stroll down a side path to get to it. Its minutes walk to bars and restaurants and Georgetown. The rooms are basic. I stayed in a one-bed suite and it isnt huge. Basic bathroom, full kithcen (which we NEVER used!!!!), queen sofa bed with TV in the living room, breakfast bar and Queen bed room. The AC is "pulled into" the bedroom by a wall fan from the bedroom - not really an issue unless someone is using the sofa bed - then they can get cool while the person in the bedroom is fine. However, me and my friend did jsut fine. The hotel bar is great - with cocktails for a few bucks Breakfast is simple but good. Bagels, Muffins, toast, waffles, bananas, Hard bioked eggs, cereal, yoghurt, OJ and COffee - and its as much as you can eat. Front desk people are nice. Again - we woke, changed and slept there! For CAYMAN - this is cheap and cheerful and CLEAN. Trust me, as someone who lived in Cayman for 6 years = save your money and do some more drinking or sightseeing and stay here!!!!

Just returned from the Cayman Islands and had a wonderful stay at the Comfort Suites. The hotel room had everything that my wife and I needed for our stay. We stayed in the 1 bedroom deluxe suite and had no complaints. We will be staying at the Comfort Suites again on out next trip to the Cayman Islands.

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. It is central and close to all the Hot Spots. The staff was very courteous and polite.

The kids would love it. The beach is only 2 minutes away.

We stayed at the Comfort Suites in Grand Cayman for several weeks. The reception and breakfast staff were very helpful though the room cleaning service was quite poor. The hotel is quite basic, and OK for a short stay. Visitors on longer stays seem to be there temporarily while starting work in cayman and looking for a condo. Major issue is that the wireless internet service is unreliable and only worked 20% of the time. They seem unable to fix it as the problem was still there after weeks of complaining about it.

Good value for families, as they have suites with two bedrooms. No kids program at all, but the beach is only a 100 yard walk.

We booked this hotel because it was the least expensive hotel in the cayman's that I could find. I realized why, because our room had a view of the parking lot. The hotel also advertises that it's on the seven mile beach, which is true, but you walk down a short narrow path to get there, and there are only a few beach chairs there. The room was nice, clean and comfortable, and there is a continental breakfast offered.

We had a terrific time there. The beach is terrific, the snorkeling right in front of the hotel was very good. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, with only a few exceptions. We were there for 9 nights, and loved every minute of it.

If you're on a budget, this works. The hotel is located right on the beach. Beautiful beach, nice pool, great bar, great free breakfast. However, the rooms are in need of serious renovation.

Our two bedroom suite was great for our family of 3 adults and 2 children! The staff was always friendly and helpful! Continental breakfast offered plenty of variety. The lady in charge of breakfast was very friendly and helpful with breakfast and when asked for location of good, reasonable souvenir shopping. Stinger's Restaurant, the on-site bar, offered good food and fun activities. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back to Comfort Suites!

Great place to stay for the price!!!! Short walk to beach....

Excellent hotel, walk to beach, pool, hot tub, kitchenette, separate bedroom / living area. Nice place.

The Comfort Suites Seven Mile Beach is the perfect example of a moderate hotel. It has the basics, and very little more. Our room was neither comfortable nor uncomfortable, neither spacious nor cramped. The door to the bathroom closed most of the way. The staff was pleasant, but not especially informative; the included breakfast was sufficient, but repetitious (yogurt, bread, cantelope, bananas, waffles. Every. Day.) Rates were lower than most in the area. The pool is probably the nicest feature of the hotel; the hot tub on the other hand, had several malfunctioning jets. If you are looking for a place to sleep, this hotel is adequate. If you intend to spend leisure time in your room, I would suggest you choose another hotel.
