I guess I have been "lucky" in the past to have better rooms for the price we paid for the Comfort Inn. As a consequence, I have to say the overall impression we had was poor. Very friendly and helpful staff, but the hotel itself needs a complete refurb. Other than the continental breakfast which was good, our stay was depressing to say the least.

You get what you pay for. Condado is probably the best location (if not for ISLA Verde) to stay in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Hotel staff was friendly. Rooms were average sized. Best part is easy accessibility to all locations from here.

The Comfort Inn is in a great location. Right in the middle of the Condado area and a block from the beach. There are great restaurants within a short walk.

It's a great hotel in the condado area. The staff were very nice. My room was very clean. Parking was a problem, but I managed to get a spot after looking very hard.

At first glance hotel was not so great...but then we noticed it was only a 10 min. bus ride to Old San Juan. In the end it wasn't so bad.

The hotel is located in the Condado area about 1 block from the beach; however, there are no oceanviews available. Other hotels surrounding this one block the view. Pools was small but nice. No snack machines or laundry facilities. Easy access to the bus system to get around San Juan. Area missing family friendly attractions. Beach was awesome and clean. For the prices charged by the hotels in the Condado area, I would have expected a nicer neighborhood.

We stayed in San Juan, Puerto Rico for three days before moving on. Let my say that the people are some of the most friendliest I've meet when traveling. The hotel was very clean, breakfast was great. Alot to pick from and someone was on staff if you needed anything. They had computer access if you wanted it. Pool was a good size and kept clean. Rooms were comfortable without being outragiously expensive. A short five minute walk to the Condado, with restuarants,shops,beaches.

Close to the ocean and stores and restaurants. Good location.

In comparison with other hotels in the Condado area, it is well priced for travellers seeking to be in a nice area and not wanting to pay too much. The friendly service is a plus.

I have never been to Puerto Rico before but the hotel seemed expensive for what was received. The proximity to old town and downtown were the positive features of the hotel. My room was okay, the general appearance of the building was questionable, the elevator was barely functional, the street in front of the hotel was flooded with water that had a septic smell. NYC prices for Nuevo Loredo comfort.
