Great location about two blocks from the beach. Convienient location across from a Wal-Mart in case you need necessities like bottled water or toiletries. And the neighborhood behind the bingo building (across from the Wal-Mart) serves local street food that is cheap and very delicious. Also hotel is right off the main strip so you'll always connected to the amazing public transportation system here (e.i. the buses)

This hotel is a good value. The location is good, it's right across from Wal Mart and several restaurants. The only dissapointment was the air conditoning. In Acapulco sweltering heat, A/C really makes a difference.

I have stayed at Casa Inn many times over the years. It has a great location, price is right, and very secure. The only problem is the bed is like sleeping on the floor.

At first, we taught it was a decent price but the product was the worst I've ever seen. This hotel is worse than a dirty hostel. Bathroom did not work during all our stay and nobody cared about it. Teenagers drinking beer all day long in the pool

This hotel was not very clean. They charge you for everything. 100 pesos for parking, 100 pesos just to open your fridge. Pool area is not clean. Do not spend your money here. The food is not good. Too expensive for such bad quality.

The room was quite dirty when we arrived; The situation quite far from the center and the room was very basic and rather unconfortable. We enjoyed the pool... but the prices are too high for the deal

Good: Didnt need air conditioning at night. everything within walking distance. friendly, helpful staff. Bad: Really hard beds. No beach Access. Room needed more soundproofing(could hear everything from hallway). Plumbing made horrible sound when flushing. Overrall a satisfacory stay if you don't spend your entire trip in your room.

I can recomend this hotel 100%. its in a great location, real close to the beach... delicious restaurants around the area... the staff @ the hotel were very friendly!!! rooms are real clean, hotel looks great, the pool is so clean... I cant wait 2 go back to acapulco & stay there again.

Parkinig and kitchenette are charged apart 20 dollars per day, this is a complaint

You won't need a car rental. Everything is outside your door, even Super Walmart. A taxi is always waiting. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We had two rooms, one TV didn't work well. They changed it immediately. One AC didn't work well, they changed the room immediately. No hassles or fuss. For the money, you won't find a better place. Beds were hard but you can make do. They don't have wash clothes and the soap is not good.

Casa In is a non expensive hotel very clean and the employees make you feel at home. The only think that the hotel needs to improve are the beds which are really hard
