Well situated, comfortable, quiet. Good price.

The hotel was nice, clean & well staffed. We never had to wait for any requests. The only negative thing about the hotel is that the beds are very firm. Other than that it was great. It is not a "fancy" hotel. But who wants to go all the way to cancun & stay in the hotel anyway. It is only a short walk to the private beach that is very clean, well kept, with security guards that patrol the area to keep solicitors from bothering the guests.

My fiancee and I decided to stay at this hotel based on expense and the great reviews that it had here on expedia. We stood there for 2 nights(thank God). The beach is awesome. Swimmable. It is not erroded as in other parts of Cancun. However, the hotel was not impressive. Don't get me wrong, the personnel was wonderful. They have great customer service. However, the hotel is outdated and its a small hotel amongst the other wonderful monster hotels. We had a great view of the ocean but our basic room was just that. Basic. The blankets were clean but they looked very old. There is no full length mirror. The vanity area which is separated from the restroom was small. I did not see any elevators. Its not a horrible hotel but its not the best. My fiancee and I would not stay here again. Their are other hotels on both sides that have the same wonderful beach and are better lookers.

It's a wonderful small hotel with everything you would find in a big one. The service is excellent, the rooms were clean and cool. The beach is wonderful!

We got more than our money's worth at this hotel. Very clean, right on the beach, and very friendly service. Just don't expect more than one electrical outlet...

I took my twin sister to Cancun for our 50th birthday. It was our first time there. Spent a lot of time on the internet checking out hotels and decided on Ambiance due to the reasonable prices, beach, and great reviews. Ambiance was everything I hoped for. Great beach and spacious comfortable suite. The food was great too. Talked to Javier about excursions, restaurants, clubs, taxis, and the bus system. He knows everything and was quick to make reservations for us. Would love to come back with my family and would definitely come back to Ambiance.

The hotel is very clean. The breakfast buffett is great. Fruit so fresh and sweet. The beach is very close and beautiful.

Do not miss Xcaret. Kids will love swimming with dolphins.

The hotel was wonderful. The room was nice and clean. Anything we asked we got for quickly. The staff was great too - everyone with a smile every morning. The food at the restaurant was great too. The was not one bad thing about this place.

The beach was the best thing about the hotel, it is covered with palm trees with coconuts. There is also plenty of chairs and shade to sit and relax. The beach is not commercialized like other places, very kid friendly. The water was very calm perfect for the little ones

We stayed at Ambience on the recommendation of a friend and she was 100% correct with her suggestion. The beach was by far the best we saw while in Cancun and the staff were wonderful! We were looking for something that was not all inclusive but paid additionally for the breakfast and it was phenomenal. Ate a few meals in their restaurants and both food and wait staff were great as well. Only issue we had was that they forget to leave washclothes when cleaning, but were happy to bring them up when reminded. Also was well located so shopping and activities were all relatively close. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Cancun.

One of the first hotels on hotel row, updated, great grounds, great prices, extrodinary beach, saw them actually cleaning the sand! Excellent choice for familes looking for safe clean beaches. Staff is attentive, friendly and very accomodating. Loved it. Will love to visit again...just want to stay at least 10 days!

What a wonderful find this hotel was! The best beach in Cancun; why? because it looks back towards the mainland so you can see the sunset over the incredible soft white sand. This was the most romantic stay we've had in recent memory. Staff were very helpful, the food was great, and the room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Large balcony and beautiful landscaping too. This was our last night after traveling near Playa del Carmen and we wish we could have stayed forever.

There was a small amount of water that kept appearing near the sink which suggested a leak, but the place was great, the staff nice, and it wasn't as loud or tacky as some of the other hotels along the strip. It definitely had the best beach.

This place is perfect for a family looking for room to stretch out. My wife,myself and our three daughters, ages 11, 14, and 17 enjoyed the two bedroom villa. The location has the best protected beach in cancun with white powder sand. The resorts around the other side of Punta Cancum, most are located in the long exposed stretch, are often unswimable due to the rough surf, the water here is protected by the point and Isla Mujeres. Good value

it's my second stay, had two grandkids with me, exccelent condition, the only problem was sofa-bed in leaving room (i stayed in one bedroom suite), couldn't sleep on it... bed was in very bad condinion. hope to come back.

This hotel is in a great area. You are directly accross the street from a grocery store, centerally located inside of the hotel zone, and you are only about a 10 minute walk from the clubs. Given all that, you also have 24hr security on the property! I would highly recommend this, as it had by far the best beach front in any of the main hotels in the Cancun area.

My husband and I just returned from out first trip to Cancun. We spent three nights at the Ambiance Villas, and four nights at a large chain hotel. We would definitely choose the smaller feel of the Ambiance Villas, and would definitely stay there again. The room was very plain, but clean and comfortable. We asked for an ocean or pool view but were told that neither were avaialable. We were however, told to check back the next day for a room change, if available. Because the rest of the resort was so beautiful, we chose to overlook our room's location, and we stayed put. I can't say enough about the cleanliness of the resort, and the attentiveness of the staff. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. One of my favorite aspects of the resort was the availability of beach chairs. The lounges were plentiful around the beach and pool. The buffet breakfast was very good, and the restaurant's food and drink prices were very reasonable. There is easy accessibility to the bus system, and a grocery store across the street. The only disappointment that we had was that the room we stayed in did not resemble the room pictured when we booked it. There is no refrigerator or kitchenette in the standard rooms, as pictured. We can't wait to return to this property.
